i have a property in indirapuram ghaziabad up. he has not paid rent since mar 2017. i have filed case in sessions court in aug 2017. case is not being decided and getting adjourned everytime. is their any remedy

What contention he took ?
you not asked that he have to deposit the rent in court.
he have to pay full rent since mar 2017 once decision in your favour.
you have to approach HC for remedy.
