I am a tenant of a shop room for almost 35 years,My landlord recently sell my tenanted shop room to a new landlord.Now my new landlord is saying that to vacate the space or increase rent according to market value.What to say to my new landlord?i am still paying rent to this new landlord till date as usual.Is it necessary to increase my rent as I am an old tenant?If I increase then how much will I increase?Plz advice in details

The shop belongs to the new owner.
you both can mutually agree to pay a certain sum a rent.

A.you made new agreement ?
only landlord is changed, nothing else.
it is expected from new landlord to expect market rent to maximise profit.
if the world starts running as per expectations then tomorrow is last day of all humans.
