Maintenance nd visiting rights

Hi am Lakshmi. I had a son of 3 years. My husband want me divorce, we R living separately from 1 year nearby homes only. My son is with them only. Wen I visit my son they R refusing. I want to file visiting rights and maintenance. Plz can any one help me the procedure to file the case. I will only do my own case. As I went to so many lawyers they R harassing me or else asking huge money. Right now my condition is worst. Plz anyone help me how to process my own case.

You can Visit Women & Child welfare center for conciliation & help, and for legal aid visit local bar association in your area they will provide free legal service.

You can approach the court of competent jurisdiction claiming maintenance and visitation rights fo4 your child and besides that you can also complain for the atrocities committed by your husband
