I filled missing f.i.r but police are not investigate proper and person as been missing that person ancestral property division but that was incomplete I want to be an property division in this property. Police not given me information about the missing person. They say we find out ...and closed the f.i.r but I wanna file criminal case about form they missing because this crime about the pressurised for about the division property.... Please suggest me what can I do...I

A.Hi,
You can approach the District or High Court and plead that they order the police to look into the matter.

A.you have to approach sessions or high court for necessary relief.
waiting period is 7 years for declaration.
