Landlord -Tenant issue Landlord -Tenant issue

As per the written "deed of Lease", singed by an advocate and an oath commissioner along with the witness and the signatures of both of us,
The lessee on my area is supposed to vacate his shop by december 2020. ( a temporary Katcha house) which is not a resident house ( the lessee runs the shop only during daytime and noone stays there).
The lessee has agreed to stop running the shop from january 2021 as I, owner will start constructing on the area from january 2021.
But the problem which the lessee is creating is that he is telling , he will take 4 to 5 months to takedown the temporary shop which he built.
And at any cost i want him to vacate the place by december 2020 and he is not agreeing.
So what legal steps and actions can be taken on my lessee ?
Do i have the right to takedown his temporary shop by myself after december 2020 if he fails to vacate by december 2020? as per the agreement mentioned on the "deed of lease" ( that the lessee will mot claim for its temporary construction when he vactes ")

A.yes, you can issue notice to vacate it by dec 2020.
you go ahead with construction plan.
you can give 1 month on humanitarian ground if you want.

Hope this clarifies,
