A.all old documents are there.
transferred the property also.
then why old owner claiming meter ?
old owner can not claim property as owner if it is registered.
it seems your father not registered because then reliance can not deny to transfer meter.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
As per your input the meter was been seized by the electricity company and the house and papers are registered in your father's name along with one meter. The old owner cannot claim the house as it has been properly registered to your father's name.
