I would like to know the meaning of the private notice issued to me. The notice says, " In the above matter, you are the 2nd respondents and the honourable V judge at small cases court, High court buildings, chennai -104, has ordered to take notice to you in the above case posted for notice to you returnable on 18.2.2021"
WhetherI should appear of the hearing or not?
A.Dear Sir,
If private notice means the advocate or the concerned party will be allowed to serve the notice upon you apart from notice being sent from the Court. You are suppose to attend the Court either yourself or through advocate.
