Few months ago we went District court legal aids department to ask for legal help in regards of filing a case under CrPc 156(3) , CrPc 307, CrPc 506 that incident took place with us in our society. We reach in the office of vidhik seva pradhikaran. The clerk fooled us demanded for bribery when we refused to do so he started misbehaving with me and my mother.

you not made complaint there itself to any lawyer in premises ?
police is also available in district court all the time.

You can lodge a complaint and charge him for bribery under the Prevention of Corruption Act. You can also make the higher authorities aware of this.
