Property sale agreement

Owner is asking for 15-18% of the deal value for signing the Sale agreement. Please not this is not a sale deed. The next step is to frank the agreement and submit this to the bank for disbursement process.

A.yes, it is not sale deed. it is agreement of sale. it happens before sale deed.
bank need proof of 20% payment before granting loan for remaining 80%.
If bank giving 85% loan then you have to make payment of 15%
like that
