how to file a case against tenant how to file a case against tenant

I am landlord-tenant is not giving rent properly and due has gone to lakhs and no proper response from them .So what are the steps to file case so that i can proceed further.I am from Tamilnadu and according to new tenancy act whether i can get interest amount for due rent and fine the tenant in court .I gone to depression because of tenant.Please explain the steps.

A.Hi,
if a tenant is not giving the rent, the landlord may approach the Rent Control Board and request the Board to interfere the matter, and if the Board is satisfied that the contentions of the landlord are correct and there has been a violation of any of the rights of his, then the Board shall direct the tenant to vacate the house. Also, you may evict the tenant and claim the amount outstanding by filing a case in court.

A.Hi,
You may evict the tenant and claim the amount outstanding by filing a case in court. Additionally, if a tenant is not giving the rent, the landlord may approach the Rent Control Board and request the Board to interfere the matter, and if the Board is satisfied that the contentions of the landlord are correct and there has been a violation of any of the rights of his, then the Board shall direct the tenant to vacate the house.

A.send a legal notice.
file eviction case and ask for arrears of rent in civil court.
you have to take a lawyer help to file the case.
