Housing Society's Developer purchased land under litigation
2 years ago
Central Govt. Employees Housng Society paid full amount to Developer who purchased a land and started developing it. But one of the legal heirs filed a suit claiming his share. Now, neither Society nor Developer are doing anything. What the members should do now?
A.Dear Sir,
If there is any stay order get it vacated and continue the development work. Such suits are familiar and being filed in collusion with the ex-land owner.

A.Hi,
The members can send an application to the society to ask what they are going to do further. Only after the decision of the court can you know what your possible resorts are.

A.Hi,
What steps you should further take will be determined by the outcome of the suit. The court will decide who is the right owner of the disputed land. You will need documents to prove that the developer is the rightful owner.
