There was a Ponzi Company which was working under CIS scheme according to SEBI. The company was closed but that company has taken loans from various banks and also from common people. So After auctioning their properties, according to indian law, who will get money first- Banks or Common Investors?Note: Auction Process has already started.

A.Dear Sir,
Firstly secure creditors have right that is bankers then remaining will have to be shared among the common investors, the balance amount.
