Katha certificate and katha extract Katha certificate and katha extract

I am interested in a property in Bangalore. It is a project with 400 flats and already 350 have moved in and got A-katha. Possession started from 2016. Builder has provided only few documents for verification. My queries are below

1. Katha certificate and Katha extract are given for 2015-2016 and not given for 2018.
2. Also no tax receipt given for 2018 as he says he is yet to pay.
3. No conversion sketch given.
4. BDA approved.

Please let me know if I can proceed with the property and advise further steps. Thanks
