Me and my family are the 4th generation who have been living in the house for 200 years as a tenant. But now the condition of this house is very poor, we said to the landlords that can we built this house, but they said no. this house is in very risky condition.
So please sir tell me the solution of this puzzled problem. Or can i get your some minutes to discuss, PLEASE.

A.Hi,
You can file a suit for adverse possession, using which you maybe granted the title to the property, if you have been in continuous use and possession of it for more than 12 years.

A.Hi,
You can file a suit for adverse possession. Under this doctrine, if you have been in possession of and using the property for more than 12 years, you can make a claim to have the title transferred to your family, after which you can do with it as you wish.
