A.Hi,
You can file for eviction if they do not vacate the premises. Further you can file for harassment and default of rent.

A.Hi,
You can file for eviction if they do not vacate the house by the 31st December 2020. You can cut the money from the security deposit. If not, you can further file a suit against the tenants for default of rent.

A.Before you take any action you have to go to the police station and file a case against them for cheating and misappropriating with your money under section 420 and 406 these are punishable sections of IPC and later on the advice of the police you can do whatever action you need.
Your tenant is in default of rent payment and are liable to be evicted however you can take action against them in the police station instead of moving your eviction petition in the court.

A.ma'am you can evict them easily through summery procedure by filing eviction petition on non payment of rent or by suit for possession ..which depends upon the rate of rent and in which state the property is located. Don't worry you can also get rent + interest + user and occupation charges+ damages.
