Not received rent

My landlord have not received rent for the month of Dec 2020 as he is avoiding to receive rent with lame excuses .I used to pay rent on cash.Can i sent the rent on money order by way of post to his address?Can I pay rent for 2 months altogether for the month of Dec 20 and Jan 21?Is it possible to sent for 2 months by way of money order?Did I have to mention anything on the money order?Plz advice.

you can pay even online, but is there any mentioning of your land lord to vacate the rented portion, first check that issue clearly,

More information is required, why is landlord refusing to receive the rent, however, yes, you can send the money through money order, you have to mention the bank account number of the receiver.

you can write in an account number if your money order will pay a bill. Or you can use the space for any other information, just like you would use the memo field on a cheque, moreover, more information is required to help you out.
