Money Forge Money Forge

I am married but was involved in an extra marital affair with a guy. We were in a relation for almost 6 years where he has taken money and material things from me on multiple occasions. He had promised to return the money but till date nothing. I have proofs of all the transactions and also bills of the material things. He now does not even respond to my msgs. Can we go legal in this scenario?

A.Dear Client
First issue him a legal notice claiming all your money given to him in case you paid through online mode, if do not respond then process filing criminal complaint against him. The only way you can recover the paid amounts is make him as your debtor and collected all money making undue influence

A.Hi,
You can only claim for the money which he has taken fraudulently. And can approach police station for the same.
