I am a monthly tenant of a showroom.Recently my landlord have sold the showroom to a new landlord .No new agreement has been done with the new landlord,I have already told my previous landlord to provide me necessary permission to repair my shoproom as a matter of fact I am not in a position to open my shoproom as I am afraid but he did not provide me any NOC,now I have also asked NOC to the new landlord ,but he is threatening me that he will not allow me to repair ,even he is not accepting rent for the past one month.What to do plz advice?

A.Hi,
More information is required regrading the fact, if you have received the NOC or not.
However, if you have legalized rent agreement, then a legal notice may issued to the owner.
