I need an advice on how to lodge a negligent complaint against construction in my neighbors house. A huge concrete structure fell down in my compound from my neighbors' building under construction. After this incident, I am worried about my family's safety as i doubt the quality of the construction and very riskier for my families life.

A.Hi,
Send a legal notice seeking damages and compensation from the neighbour as he should have taken due care covered the premises the construction site since he failed to do same he has to compensate you. However, you can also approach the municipal corporation for taking immediate action.

A.Hi,
You can make a complain to the concerned municipal authority, also, If they also don't take any action then you may approach civil court with an injunction suit and obtain a temporary injunction against him from progressing his construction, and further you can claim the damages also.
