COURT CASE FILED BUT NO OPPONENT STILL CONSTRUCTING IN THE SITE

Dear Sir,
I have already filed a case in a Sub Division Civil court, Patnagarh, Dist Bolangir, Odisha against one culprit who have forged documents and purchased our properties . The case is going on. But the fellow is still constructing his house in my plot, though court decision is awaited. The case is in very beginning stage only, no cross examination etc have taken . What should be my immediate step in this regard.
