I am a tenant of a shop room for almost 35 years,My landlord recently sell my tenanted shop room to a new landlord.As i am a legal tenant,due to my age my son is communicating with the new landlord.Now the new landlord is saying that he will not communicate with my son as he is not a tenant.What to do ?What legal steps should I take so that my son can act on my behalf?Kindly advice

A.Hi,
In this case, since you want your son to act on your behalf, you can make a power of attorney.
