As I am the landlord rented a house to the tenant due to financial situation they cant able to give the rent and we gave time, in June 2020 they gave written statement in 100 rs stamp paper that I will pay all the dues of 5 lakhs and vacate the house on or before 31 Dec 2020 now they are asking another 7 months time to clear and vacate the house. So what I should do next. Please give suggestion.

A.Hi,
It depends upon the fact whether you want to grant them more time or not.
If you want them to vacate the house and deny doing the same, a legal notice may be issued.
