Sir, i lost my marksheet of college and i applied for a duplicate one from university. Now i want to submit photocopy of my previous lost marksheet in the court as secondary evidence. Do i have to prove that the original is lost (it is written on the new marksheet that it was issued due to loss of original). Do i need additional proof of original documents lost or will that suffice?
