Need a legal advise

On September 19th i went to pizzahut.and i gave some coupon.they applied some calculation.at the time of payment I haven’t verified after 1 week check my bill and i came to know that was calculated wrong they took 100rs from me.i reached out pizzahut and they told that wasade my system error.but they are not telling about other thing.i asked compensation for that they are not responding from that day.please let me know how can proceed in future and how much we can expert compensation from pizzahut, can i get bounty for that found the system bug!?

For their system wrong you cannot be penalized. It is your self respect. You may get issue a legal notice (online I can prepare) and then approach Consumer Forum claiming compensation of Rs.2 lakhs .
