I have a free semi furnished space with a wall almirah attached,my new arrival tenant is saying to remove the almirah?What to do if I want to keep the almirah?What to say to the new tenant?

A.Hi,
It is your land, you can do with it as you wish. The tenant can find alternative accommodation if the almirah is too much for him to handle.
However, he might have a right to ask for the same depending on whether there is such a condition in your tenancy agreement.

A.Hi,
It is your property. You can refuse to move it and then ask your tenant to move out if he cannot tolerate the almirah.
However, we will need to look into the terms of your tenancy agreement to see if he has a right to do so.
