My sis.in.law filed false 498 on entire family including me n my husband.now is it possible to take NOC from court or get Police clearance certi. On some terms so that I can proceed with my visa ?

A.Dear Madam,

Now the HC and SC are liberal. You can file application under section 482 CRPC and get your name deleted.

We had actually applied for name quashing but just because their lawyer denied, judge didn't accept the application. But if under some clause we can apply for visa , then it can be helpful.

A.U shall have to take permission from the court and if refused u can challenge the order before the high court.
