3 persons was driving a bike (bike has no insurance) and they hit a carrier (used for transporting cane from field to sugar mill) parked on road. 3 were drunk. 1st person who drove the bike have multiple fractures in left hand, 2nd person who was a pillion rider died on spot, 3rd person who was also a pillion rider suffered head injury.
2nd person has a bike and has insurance.
Can they get any monetary benefit if they file a complaint against the owner of the carrier? How to take this case so that they get some insurance benefits as well?
