Hi Sir/madam, we purchased a flat in Apartment and living peacefully. Now our layout association asking us to stop the outcome of rain water and STP treated excess water from our building to layout canals. They all were from when the building was started. Now the Layout is pointing to it and demanding money from us. Ours is BDA approved building and loan is from SBI. Our documents are 100% correct and all the approvals are there. Please tell us how to deal with them ?
A.Hi,
The layout has no right to demand money from you to fix something outside your property. Serve them with legal notice to stop harassing you.

Serve them with legal notice to stop harassing you. You do not need to pay to repair something that is not yours.
