hello sir,we have filled an eviction suite in the civil court .she is not paying rent even in court .can we just add her things for auction like tv ,freeze now for recovery of money she has to pay us or is it possible to claim a petition we have wait for final verdict judgement.

A.Wait for final verdict. You have no right to Sell the personal articles of tenant.
