I am from Karnataka. PWD had constructed road 30 years back. Now I am entitled to compensation for the government acquired my land. Kindly advice me

A.Hi,
You can file a petition under the Land Acquisition (Karnataka Extension and Amendment) Act. Alternatively, you can file a writ petition seeking relief in the High Court, under Article 226 of our Constitution.

A.Hi,
You will have to file an application under the Land Acquisition (Karnataka Extension and Amendment) Act. As you have given land to the Government, you have a right to be compensated for it.
