Tenant not clearing due for long time

I am the landlord I am in much depression rented a house not giving rent properly delaying they will say one day when i call they change but not giving .I have audio and videos proof whether this can be submitted in court to prove myself and it is valid in court .
whether i can post them in news channel this .

A.Hi,
A tenant can be sent a legal notice ordered by the court for the eviction for unpaid rent. A suit can also be filed against the tenant. It is advisable to keep all the evidences and proof safe which can used to show in the court to prove the offence against the tenant. Thank You

A.Hi,
You can ask the tenant to vacate your property on the grounds of non-payment of the rent amount and can send the legal notice for the same or else a complaint can be made to the police or a suit can be filed against the tenant by showing all the necessary evidences. Thank You
