Property Issue

My father has given all grandparents property to his bothers, nothing has been kept for us (me, sister & Mother) we are staying in rented house. He is pivot & doesn't like daughter as he wanted to have boy child due to this reason he gave to his brothers.
Now we are in trouble that where we depending on our earning to lead life. Is there any way to fight for this ?

A.Hi,
You can claim your share in the property as both of you are his daughters. Being his legal heirs, he cannot deny your right in the properties and hence a suit can be filed for such claim.
