A.6 years is a very long time for divorce .If any affidavit , written statement is not submitted by her then you can get one sided divorce.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. A.you filed divorce case or her ?
then what was done in 6 years ?
she or her lawyer coming to court ?
they came initially but afterwards not came ?
you can ask for case closure as ex-parte.

A.Hi,
Make a petition to the Court to pass an ex-parte decree in your wife's absence. Six years is more than enough time for her wife to have made her statement, the Judge will be inclined to side with you and grant the decree.

A.Hi,
You can make a petition to the Court to grant an ex-parte decree on the grounds of inordinate delay. The Judge can then pass his decree in your wife's absence.

A.If your wife has not given written statement apply to Court for proceed without her written statement and any other affidavit on her behalf and if any documents which Court has asked her to submit if they are also not submitted than file Contempt of Court application and also try if you can get an exparte decree in the matter. If you found this advice helpful then please provide review and give*****. Thank you.
