Customer complaint on Savaari car rentals

I booked a package of 80km/8hr travel package in Savaari. This costs Rs.1607. I received the invoice with the same amount. But they forced me to pay additional Rs.500 in order to cover the cost of to/fro to the pickup point from the garage. First of all, this condition is not there during booking. Invoice also not covering this cost. Customer care officer sent a mail to cover this garage related travel cost of Rs.500 additionally to be paid. After a day they are again sending a invoice with Rs.650 instead of Rs.500. I have the proof of their first invoice with Rs.1607, their quote where there is no such conditions, their customer care mail to pay Rs.2107 and their new invoice with Rs.2250. Is it possible to make a complaint against this company to avoid this non-transparent, inconsistent invoices which killed my happiness after travel. My total travel is 50km and 4hrs. So i really under utilised the package. But they arranged a cab 25km away from my place even though my place is in the Ooty road itself. So they charged 50km additionally.
Can somebody help me how to stop another such issue with this rental company?

You are requested to go through the contract between you and the company.
If you agreed for a specific distance, You are liable to pay only for the charges which incurred upon you for that distance in the contract.
It is advised to you to take the help of a lawyer to send a legal notice to them.
