A.Go to nearest women Police Station. Discuss your matter orally with some lady police official and ask her to call your ex-boy friend and let him know about the consequences of the act he is intending to do. They will handle your case. If you have fear of Police you can contact us our law firm will do that on your behalf keeping all the confidentiality of your case.

A.If you dont want to get exposed your relationship then send him a legal notice through an advocate asking him to return back your pics and videos or delete them from his computer.
This would be only in between you and your lawyer.
But even after this if he does not stop his act than you must have to lodge an FIR.

A.we can understand the situation but you need to take stand to save yourself and punish the guilty. You need to visit the ladies police station and file FIR against the boyfriend for cheating, blackmail, threatening & in IT act to teach him a lesson.

A.Hello there,
This is a criminal offence if he commits anything like this, kindly do let him know for his betterment or else instead of defaming you he will have to spend days inside the prison.
