One month has passed for the judgement to be given in district court ,during this
Time interval i (tenant)got a very important evidence . My lawyer submitted this evidence before the court . Do the court will consider my evidence before making final judgement .

A.In the interest of the justice and if it is crucial for adjudication of then Hon'ble court can consider the application for evidence. talk to your lawyer

A.Permission of the court should have been shought to submit the material evidence and submission after permission will be considered on merit.
