Case Description
Sir my wife has one elder brother and her father was giving property rights to her son only not giving single right to her daughter so is their any right to my wife please help me One more thing is her father deseas spreaded to my wife like (sugar,BP,thoiroid) her father doing just deases purpose daughter leaglehear not for property purpose And one more thing is if registration will done for her brother favour we will have cancellation or not sir

A.It depends whether the property is self owned by the father or it is an ancestral property. If it is self owned then it it on the discretion of the father to whom he want to transfer it

A.First provide details regarding property wether it is self acquired or ancestral to get the details of property if it is self acquired property of your father u cannot claim right over their property against their Will and if it is ancestral property, you may get some right place provide the details
