Hi subscribed to online course. The course is nothing as advertised. Further they are using someone else's videos as their own. They are denying me my refund

A.first send them legal notice.
they might refund for remaining period.
if want full refund then consumer court.

A.Dear Sir,
You can send them a legal notice with a help of an advocate for refund of fees. You can also sue them under consumer Court for fraud.
