Pension stuck due to life certificate not provided Pension stuck due to life certificate not provided

My grandmother was receiving pension after my grandpa's death. Due to some reasons we were not able to submit life certificate and she died last year. We found out that her pension is due for last 4 years. Is there any way we could retrieve the money back because we are in huge need for money. Please help.

A.Dear Sir,
If the deceased government servant/pensioner has survived by any disabled child, the widowed/divorced/ unmarried daughter will be eligible to receive family pension only after the turn of disabled child. Moreover you can get direction from court to state the reason for nonpayment of pension.
