Fight with neighbour for kids playing on street

Our kids play cricket on street in front of my house with some of neighbourhood kids. One of our neighbour who lives after two houses besides us. Whenever our kids play on street, he threatens them that he will complain to police and sometimes abuse. Once I asked him what is his problem, then he started abusing me also and told me that he will put me in deep trouble as he himself is a lawyer. What should I do?
A.Fix up a CCTV camera to record his actions and abuse and then lodge a complaint to the Police. No one is above the law not even a judge so it does not matter if he is a lawyer. He too is bound by law. But yes when you initiate action against someone who is good at law then you should be well prepared with all evidences to prove your allegations.
