A.You can file a case of eviction against those tenants or even install a water meter and after collecting evidence file a case of theft against the tenants. You may get in touch with me to take up your case.

A.Hi,
If you have an unreasonable tenant then you can evict the tenant. Since, if the tenant breaches the terms of a rental agreement or misuses the property you have a right to evict the tenant. You can do so by sending a legal notice.

A.Hi,
In case, the tenant fails to listen to your complaints. You can rely on the relevant terms of the tenancy agreement to enforce the misbehavior of your tenant. If they still fail to listen you can give them a specific and prompt legal notice that specifies that their water usage is excessive and there will be repercussions. You can also begin the eviction process if the tenant fails to understand.
