My grandfather having 3 acres land. He have total 6 children 3 men and 3 women. He took loan on that property. After his demise one of his son cleared all dues in bank and registered passbook on his name. It was happened at year 2020. Now the other sons and their children have any rights on that property legally.

A.equal share in property and dues.
to get share in property, have to pay equal share in dues also.

A.नही सभी का बराबर अधिकार है।ऋण के विषय मे सभी उत्तराधिकारी ऋण का भुगतान करने के लिए उत्तरदायी है।यदि बैंक ने सम्पूर्ण सम्पत्ति की पास बुक एक ही उत्तराधिकारी के लिए जारी की है तो वह गलत है।बैंक कोई कोर्ट नहि है ओर न ही उस्स्को ऐसा करने का अधिकार है।वह सिर्फ उसके हिस्से तक ही जारी कर सकता है

A.Hi,
The liability of legal heirs for the debt of their deceased father only extends up to the value of the land they inherited from him. In the event, that one legal heir pays all the debt then the property belongs to him since he cleared all dues.
