Yes,,,my boyfrd promised me to marry,, we were in a relationship. Me and my boyfrd became close physically. He used to stay with me when he comes to meet me. Later he informed my parents about our marriage as well. He started avoiding me, ignoring my calls. One day he came to meet me and den I found him chatting with another girl about dere marriage. When I asked him he lied to me dat he was loyal to me and den broke up with me. My family tried to speak with him.. He s very Adamant in his decision.. He knows that I hav our pictures which were very close, call records, chats and video calls... Still denying to marry. He s not even scared when I say dat I can proceed legally. How can I convince him or take action on him

when he is not scared when you threatened legal then how you can convince anymore ?
take action if you really want him to get arrested.
Since your bf lured you into being intimate with him on the pretext of marriage, you can initiate criminal proceedings against him.

You can initiate criminal action against your BF that on the pretext of marriage he had physically used you.
