I have chatted with unknown women already 8 days are over when she chatted, initial she told who are you? I told this is wrong number and I asked where are you from which state and is told I will give police complient and I blocked her is this a crime

It would depend upon the contents of the chats, if it was obscene and you were disturbing her repeatedly, then it will constitute as crime under relevant provisions.
