Sir Since Last 5 Years we are being harashed by a Muslim Family and Gang in all the posssible ways . Rowdy attack has happened for 3 times .the women were followed by those muslim men while going to shop and to buy milk in the early morning. our photos are always being taken . Coming to the present situation every night that muslim gang is playing foot ball Infront of our house and also Right Side of my house Till 12 to 1pm midnight . Yesterday Night my father requested them not to disturb us as we were goint to sleep . we sleep in the first floor . Only my father was upstairs and remaining 3 members my mom me and grand mother were in the ground floor .we were about to go upstairs then that muslim group had thrown that football in our house through the BIG GLASS WINDOW. By making a huge sound glass was broken in to pieces and fell all over the steps . Luckily nobody was taking the steps that time . we informed the police they came and done nothing . They have taken the photograph of the incident and said if next time they will do like that means they will be taken in to custody and asked us to come to police station and they have written our names and their names in register. Told police will come to my home and interogate them but police did not come today. Will this case come under ATTEMPTIVE MURDER . I can clearly understand the local police negligence and previously also they have taken that muslim gang side only . I belong to a Hindu Family . we are normal middle calss family my parents are aged both are diabetic , I am unmarried girl . My Uncles family recently sold off their house but ours is not yet sold and also nobody are coming to buy now . My Doubt is Will this case fall under ATTEMPTIVE MURDER . please consider my family situation and tell what we must do . THANKS. REGARDS.

A.Hi,
You should immediately file FIR and of the police authorities refuse you can approach the local court for direction to the authorities. Immediately file FIR for criminal cases like harassment, threat to life and property etc. Also file civil cases.

A.Hi,
If the police is not doing their duty then you can approach the court under 156(3) CrPC. Also, shattering glass by throwing football would not come under attempted murder but would come under other offences specified in IPC. You could file an FIR for mischief, nuisance, harassment and stalking in the least. Also file civil cases for damages to property, and private nuisance etc

A.This is not attempt to murder. But you can seek police intervention in the matter. If you think police is not doing its job correctly and fairly you must approach local Court to get the directions to the police. If the matter still worsens plz approach High Court through Writ Petition.

A.can understand your problem.
They are doing all this so you can sell your house for less.

Well unfortunately the glass breaking incident can NOT be attempt to murder.
You have to be innovative to solve your problem.
