A.Courts do have enough time to listen and they do listen what is to be listened and to be noted for that day of the procedure. The lawyer knows about it and the Judge knows about it hence they talk about only that much and the public think only few words were exchanged. Also, as there are many cases to be heard hence only important words are exchanged not even the pleasantries.

A.Hi,
Your question is a very broad one indeed. Over-population in India is one of the many reasons which have contributed to the overburdening of pending cases and hence the courts have to be really efficient and try to be as precise as possible while answering. One another reason is that the courts are also plagued with many petty issues before it.

A.Hi,
Your question has manifold answers. One broad reason is overpopulation as with the increase in number of people, number of disputes also increases thus over-burdening the judicial system. Another reason is there are not enough judges to deal with the ever-increasing pending cases.
