Leave for non appearance in court

A divorce case is on between my daughter and her husband. They have filed RCR CASE and we have filed DVC AND 498A. ONE AND HALF YEAR HAS PASSED. CAN MY DAUGHTER APPEAL FOR NON APPEARANCE IN COURT AS SHE HAS TO GO USA FOR 3 MONTHS ON A ONSIGHT PROJECT AT THE DIRECTION OF HER EMPLOYER. IF SO, WHAT IS THE PROEDURE?

A.The daughter is major then she can execute aSpecial power of attorney stating the above mentioned reasons in favour of the mother to contest the case accordingly.and file proper petition before the concerned court

A.Yes ! An application must be before the court where the cases are pending.

A.An application seeking exemption from appearance, say for 3 months or so, may be filed and reasons should be mentioned, for consideration.

A.In all the three cases personal appearance is not necessary until and unless court direct the parties specifically.
There are stages in these cases where you have to appear otherwise not. It depends upon the stage pf the case. So consult to your lawyer in this regard.
