Hello i am married to an Australian citizen last year who is indian by birth & live in Australia from around 11 to 12 years.we were only live for 50 days with each other & then he went back to Australia due to some work commitments & i was living with her mother in india now she also went to australia saying that when your visitor visa came your parents drop you at airport in delhi & we receive you after that my husband cancelled my visitor visa & file a complaint against me in nri cell that i have done fraud with him by saying that i haven't told him about my studies but i have informed him previously but now he wants & pressurised me for separation, actually the main reason of this matter is that we aren't ready to fulfil their monetary demands that's why they are doing these things , please suggest me what to do.

A.You can fila a complaint against your husband and mother in law in the concerned police station.and if the police is not registering any case consult an advocate and file private complaint before the concerned magistrate court.you can also approach concerned family court for restitution of conjugal rights by filing proper petitions.
