Is court order a must to mention or declare some one as foster son in the will.

A.no need to declare a person as foster child to give share in property.
by a WILL, a person can give property to anybody.

A.Hi,
Not every son who is not the real son is treated as a member of the family but depends on the facts and circumstances of the cases. But if his name has been mentioned in the will then he will be counted in as a legal heir. Court's order is not a must.
