A.Hi,
You can send your landlord a legal notice highlighting that there has been a change in the contract without your presence. Also consider filing a complaint with the rent controller of your region.

A.Hi,
You can register your complaint with the rent controller of your region. You may also consider sending a legal notice to your landlord stating that there has been an alteration in the contract which you had no idea of which can render the agreement void.

A.Hi

If you don't have any written agreement then, How can she sent you an agreement stating that you have to pay painting charges.
Generally, Notice period is One month but if 2 months written in the agreement then its considered as 2 months. No Maintenance and Eb charges if you leave the premises.

You can file the recovery suit along with damages in the court, where the property is situated or file the pre-litigation mediation proceeding before the court to resolve the issue amicably.

Thanks with regards

Nishant Singh (Adv)
